Winter Workouts: Build Strength and Endurance

Join us for winter training sessions designed to enhance your performance! Athletes will work closely with their coaches to boost endurance on the erg and in the tanks, while also focusing on strength-building exercises with weights.

Practice Schedule:
Monday - Friday
3:30 PM - 6:00 PM
