Fundraising and donations help us to secure items on our wishlist. We could not be the program we are without this support.

Our 2010 Wish List includes

• New (or almost new) vacuum cleaner for the boathouse
• Necessary roof patch/reconstruction  ($11,500)
• Completing the deck over the rowing tanks ($40,000)
• Center console/wakeless coaching launch ($7,500)
• Two (2) sets of  eight oars ($250 per oar, $2,000 per eight), new ergometers ($1,000 per erg)
• Uni-suits for varsity rowers ($3000)
• Coaching fund to allow us to hire at least one more full-time highly skilled coach ($15,000 – $20,000)
• ROW-FOR-IT!^TM summer camp sponsorship ($15,000)
• Head of the Christina Regatta ($10,000)

Donors will be recognized on the annual WYRA Donor Banner displayed at the boathouse and the WYRA tent at regatta events, prominent placement on WYRA website, camp t-shirts (for camp sponsors), logos in newsletters, donor plaques (where appropriate), annual Senior Banquet as well as other recognition commensurate with the various donation levels.  If you’re interested in helping us obtain any items on our wishlist, please contact Faith Pizor at fpizor@wyra.org.
